The history of Evialis Group begins in 1954, when Jean Guyomarc’h decided to establish a company specialized in livestock nutrition. In 1960 the company extended the business activity in the field of poultry farming and production of ready-made feeds. Thanks to the high quality of products the company became a strong group in poultry sector.

The company developed over the years and created many branches all over the world. Branches in Spain, Brazil, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, and Poland as well as other countries are still in operation.

The company was taken over by Paribas Affaires Industrielles.in 1990. 1996 was a special year as the company was listed on the Paris Stock Exchange. In 2001 Guyomarc’h N.A. became EVIALIS and was organized into three branches: EVIALIS NUTRITION, EVIALIS INTERNATIONAL and EVIALIS SANTE.

Evialis Nutrition (feeds in France)::

• number two in production of feeds in France,

Evialis Sante (health, hygiene and diet products):

• present in 17 countries,

In 2004 Evialis Polska was created in order to provide better service for Polish livestock producers and farmers thanks to the network of dealers and direct sale in all segments of the market.

Current situation in Poland:

• 3 production plants in different regions of Poland,
• production volume higher than 200 000 tonnes of balanced feed (equivalent),
• 200 points of sale, 80 dealers and more than 300 large, direct customers.

Evialis Group is present in 17 countries and it renders service and sales in 50 countries. The group engages over 3000 employees all over the world. It is a leader in the French market with 15% market share. The volume of sales is 6,2 million tones, and turnover of Evialis Group is approximately 675 million euros a year.

• 1996: Acquires Oftel, listing on the Paris Stock Exchange.

• 1997: Acquires Mesny in France and Iłpasz in Poland, acquires Paszutil in Poland, opens a branch in Vietnam and India.

• 1998: Acquires Cavaignac and SN2A, invests in Agro 01 in France, Acquires Cargill in Brazil.

• 2000: Acquisitions:
